Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role

JLL is seeking a dynamic Workplace Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Auckland. You'll support the Workplace Experience Manager in various operational activities across Australia and New Zealand.

Based at a client site with modern offices on Viaduct Harbour! 

Snapshot of the role:

  • Assist with accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, and purchasing

  • Manage client relationships and participate in meetings

  • Ensure vendor compliance and procurement processes

  • Monitor site financial operations and submit purchase orders

  • Assist with IFM projects and capital planning

  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate subcontracted services

  • Maintain asset management systems and generate reports

  • Provide 24/7 emergency call support

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Management, Business, or Facilities Management preferred

  • Knowledge of building services and maintenance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
