The Role:

The Workplace Concierge delivers exceptional client experience through enhanced engagement and high-touch service within our client's offices. As the face of the workplace, you'll strengthen partnerships whilst ensuring consistently high-quality experiences for staff and visitors.

Location of the role will be based either in the CBD or Lockleys.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract from starting from mid-April.

A snapshot of the role:

Client Experience and Engagement

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of Client employees and guests

Ensuring Exceptional Service

  • Works collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of Experience Services across all business lines (Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security & Group hospitality and Events)

What you will bring:

We're seeking a dedicated professional who combines hospitality passion with operational expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism that define the JLL experience.

  • Hospitality, facility management, or property operations background with commercial real estate knowledge preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a natural passion for delivering the JLL customer experience
