In this role, you will be a key player in optimizing the user experience for our global web platforms. You will move beyond basic updates to help solve complex web challenges, giving you a front-row seat to the integration of marketing strategy and technical execution.

Logistics

Location: Krakow, Poland

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Assist with website content updates, including text, images, and other multimedia.

  • Support the web team in testing website functionality and identifying potential issues.

  • Help maintain website documentation and style guides.

  • Assist with basic website troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure website content aligns with overall marketing and communication strategies.

  • Bring a creative mindset to identify new ideas and opportunities to improve website operations and user experience.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Web Development, IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Willingness to commit with us for one year with the availability to work at least 20 hours per week.

  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and strong communication skills. 

  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments.

Bonus Points For

  • Technical familiarity with HTML or CMS platforms.

  • Experience analyzing web performance via Google Analytics or similar tools.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
