As a working student (d/m/f/x), you support user‑centered decision‑making by analyzing insights from UX research, usability tests, and data sources, thereby creating a solid foundation for digital products and in‑car experiences.
You also prepare these insights in a way that enables teams and stakeholders to clearly understand them and incorporate them into their decisions.
In addition, you actively contribute to UX initiatives, develop personas, user journeys, and hypotheses, and collaborate on concrete design and solution approaches.
Furthermore, you help create clarity, priorities, and decision readiness through compelling UX artifacts, presentations, and decision‑making materials.
Are you ready to get started? If you impress us with demonstrably excellent German and English skills and your complete application documents are submitted (cover letter, CV, transcript of records, certificate of enrollment, and, if applicable, residence permit/work authorization), you’re only one click away from your opportunity.
A little tip: with the flood of top‑tier applications we receive, a complete application is your only ticket into the game. Without the full package, we unfortunately can’t move forward with you — no exceptions.
You are an enrolled student (d/m/w/x) in UX/UI design, communication or interaction design, information design, media informatics, or a comparable field of study, and you’re excited to work regularly on‑site in Stuttgart.
Ideally, you already bring first experience with UX methods (e.g., user research, usability tests, wireframes, prototypes) and professional collaboration in a business environment.
You are passionate about user‑centered design and committed to translating complex digital and technological topics into a user experience that is understandable, usable, and meaningful.
Excellent German and English skills are a matter of course for you.
To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
Become a full-fledged member of the team
You accompany innovative projects at the cutting edge and take on responsible tasks, so you are a full-fledged member of our team right from the start! Of course, you benefit from an attractive salary.
Our culture
At Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation, we are a team! Our cooperation is based on mutual trust and respect.
