As a Working Student (m/f/d) – Support Project Implementation, you will support our project and business team. In this role, you will work closely with various departments and gain insights into the operational processes of an international energy company.
A key focus of your role will be the structured recording, verification, and reconciliation data. In doing so, you will make an important contribution to data quality and the successful implementation of our projects.
Review data: You support the manual entry, verification, and reconciliation data.
Maintain Excel overviews: You maintain and update reconciliation lists and control tables in Excel.
Clarify: You support the identification and resolution of required data cleansing activities.
Support analyses: You assist with basic analyses and reporting to ensure data quality.
Education: You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
Tool skills: You are confident in using MS Excel and MS Teams – knowledge of filters, sorting, basic formulas, or pivot tables is an advantage.
Language skills: You have good German and/or English skills, both written and spoken.
Availability: You are available to support us for 3–6 months with approximately 15–20 hours per week.
Structured working style: You work carefully and with a high level of concentration, even when dealing with large amounts of data.
Reliability: You approach tasks conscientiously and work independently and responsibly.
Analytical mindset: You enjoy reviewing data, identifying connections, and investigating discrepancies.
Team orientation: You enjoy working with different teams and actively contribute to collaboration in a project environment.
