The Team:

The Marketing Production & Creative Operations team is part of the Global Marketing Operations organization and partners closely with cross-functional teams. As the engine of our marketing production environment, we keep work moving smoothly across teams and agencies - bringing structure to a fast-paced setup by aligning priorities, streamlining workflows, and enabling efficient delivery at scale.

The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Working Student to support our production operations. You will help improve production workflows, capacity planning, and operational efficiency across marketing teams. This is a hands-on role with exposure to real Marketing production challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The work you’ll do:

Help manage the flow of work across creative and production teams bringing visibility to priorities, improving coordination, and supporting effective resource allocation
Contribute to the delivery of marketing assets across campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, strong alignment with briefs, and high-quality outcomes
Support the optimization of workflows and processes, helping to streamline collaboration and improve team productivity at scale
Drive smarter ways of working by contributing to automation and AI-driven workflow improvements
Leverage data and performance insights to continuously improve processes and production outcomes
Enable stakeholders across Marketing to work more effectively by creating clear documentation, enablement materials and supporting training initiatives

The qualifications you need:

Studies in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and structured working style
Interest in operations, workflows, and production processes
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Organized, proactive, and a strong team player
Fluent in English
