Working Student Inside Sales Specialist US/PCS HFS DACH

This Working Student role (20hrs/week) supports the HFS DACH Ultrasound Team and drives the inside sales activities and works close together with global teams and local functions.

Responsibilities

• Help driving inside sales activities from a HFS perspective for Ultrasound/ Patient Care Solutions
• Build close connection to Healthcare sales team
• Perform Trainings for different internal stakeholders
• Support Operations Team with Swaps and all related actions
• Contract Screening, Compliance Screening, AML Screening (HFS Germany is a regulated finance entity)
• Work in CRM Tools
• Creation of POs
• Drive refinancing activities and align with global team and other local functions
• Support audit activities
• Special Projects

Required qualifications

• currently registered as a student at a German institution of higher education
• Fluent German and English skills
• High interest in Healthcare equipment and Financial Services solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines. Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
