As a Working Student HR Business Partner (f/m/d/x), you will gain valuable insights into the work of HR Business Partners (f/m/d/x) and support managers and employees.
Your tasks will include the administrative execution of various HR measures and the creation of concepts, presentations, and other HR documents (e.g., Excel lists, reports).
In day-to-day operations, you will learn the processes and provide active support, while independently managing smaller projects.
You will design communication materials for project topics and HR processes, and you will prepare HR meetings and workshops, including scheduling and content preparation for the agenda.
Finally, you will contribute to the management of annual HR processes and actively participate in diverse projects.
You are studying Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Law, or a similar field.
With your passion for HR topics and your creative ideas, you enrich our team, and ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the HR environment.
Good MS Office skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems distinguish you.
A high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course.
Very good German language skills complete your profile and make you a valuable addition to our team.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
