As a working student (m/f/d), you actively participate in the conception and realization of strategy, transformation, and change management projects in an international environment.
Your task is to accompany and promote the strategic development of the Cross Tech Business Stream.
You conduct market analyses and trend observations.
You support the organization, moderation, and documentation of leadership, strategy, and transformation workshops.
You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of economics, humanities, computer science, or a comparable field, and ideally, you already have initial practical experience.
Strong analytical skills, a keen interest in current trends, and a willingness for continuous development characterize you, enabling you to actively contribute to our topics.
You are open-minded and bring a high level of self-motivation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, is a matter of course for you.
Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to continue working with us as a working student (m/f/d) or in the context of a thesis.
