Your opportunity

Are you ready to lead a critical workforce systems project that will shape how we manage time and attendance across our organisation?

We are seeking a Workforce Time & Attendance Technical Lead to oversee the technical delivery of our Kronos (MyTime) implementation. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in system configuration and project execution to ensure a smooth rollout for over 2,000 employees. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Corporate Services, Payroll, and frontline teams, balancing technical precision with practical solutions that make a real difference to our people.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the technical delivery of the Kronos (MyTime) time and attendance system implementation, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Configure system settings, security profiles, and employee data to enable accurate scheduling and payroll integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Payroll, HR, IT, and frontline teams to define requirements and support smooth rollout.
  • Maintain project schedules, monitor risks and issues, and provide timely progress reporting.
  • Support change management activities, including training and communication, to drive adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system enhancements and defect resolution.

Requirements for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Project management certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing technical delivery of complex projects.
  • Significant experience with Kronos/MyTime systems, including configuration and API-based integration with HR systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, with strong project methodology execution.
  • Advanced technical skills, including data analysis (SQL), API troubleshooting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business units and manage change effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis using SQL, working with APIs using postman, Dell Boomi and troubleshooting Integration issues using “process reporting” highly regarded

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
