Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

About the role

We’re looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join our growing team!

What you’ll do here:

  • On a monthly basis, monitor and analyze the quality of the telephone service provided and the transactions carried out, and propose any necessary actions that are in line with the FTE budget.

  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of various indicators that impact capacity.

  • Proactively prepare documents for the monthly meeting.

  • Facilitate the monthly Workforce Planning Executive Committee meeting with partners.

  • Prepare documents, forecasts and recommendations for the following year’s budget during the budget period.

  • Review long-term forecasts and align them with recent trends.

  • Ensure that our data is in line with the reality of operations.

  • Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to senior analysts to develop their workforce planning skills.

  • Support senior analysts in using various reports and data to ensure effective operational management.

  • Demonstrate leadership and be a positive change agent in mentoring senior analysts.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least three years of workforce management experience.

  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and convert strategy into action.

  • Strategic thinker, not afraid to challenge the status quo.

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong ability to collaborate.

  • Comfortable giving presentations to large groups.

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal supervision.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (English/French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience is required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.
