What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Team Leadership

  • Lead WFM Operational processes.
  • Establish regular governance and cadence calls with Global WFM and GEO teams to drive delivery alignment and RRM adoption.
  • Act as a leadership interface between Business, Delivery, and Workforce teams.

2. Workforce Forecasting & Planning

  • Own capacity and capability planning aligned to forecasted demand and resource availability.
  • Develop workforce plans and schedules that support business objectives and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain strong understanding of technology stacks across A&PS, pursuit lifecycle, delivery models, and project management principles.
  • Lead efforts to identify, qualify, and support closure of medium to large delivery opportunities from a workforce standpoint.

3. Resource Allocation & Optimization

  • Ensure the right skills are assigned to the right engagements at the right time.
  • Optimize workload distribution to maximize productivity and utilization.
  • Drive proactive resolution of skill gaps, capacity constraints, and delivery risks.

4. Monitoring, Reporting & Insights

  • Track and analyze key workforce Management KPIs
  • Generate executive‑level reports with insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement in workforce planning and execution.

5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Workforce Brokers, Delivery Teams, and Cluster stakeholders to align resourcing with project requirements.
  • Act as the primary escalation and coordination point for WFM‑related challenges across regions.
  • Ensure seamless integration between GCC execution and global workforce strategy.

6. Technology & Automation Enablement

  • Leverage workforce management tools and systems to analyze data and improve deployment efficiency.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline WFM operations and reporting.
  • Apply deep knowledge of IT and business standards to design scalable workforce solutions.

7. Problem Solving & Risk Management

  • Develop contingency plans to manage demand volatility and delivery risks.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure effective development, delivery, deployment, and operational support of solutions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate workforce‑related risks impacting delivery timelines or cost.

8. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously assess and improve WFM processes, tools, and governance models.
  • Drive standardization and best‑practice adoption across geographies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement relevant workforce management strategies.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with workforce management tools and reporting systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, global environment
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and delivery models
  • Enterprise consulting understanding across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS, and emerging technologies
What you need to bring:

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT industry experience across pursuit and delivery
  • 5+ years in infrastructure or large‑scale project delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
