We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Management Real Time Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and precision to fast-moving, real-time operations.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the action. You will actively monitor queues across channels, make real time adjustments to skills and staffing to meet contact demand, and help ensure our customers receive timely, high-quality support. You will also play a key role in creating and maintaining schedules that balance business needs with agent experience, while jumping into ad hoc reporting to answer questions and uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.
