We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven Workforce Governance Manager to lead workforce planning, rostering governance and operational efficiency across our national network.  This role is based in Nundah, Brisbane on a full-time basis.

What you’ll do

• Lead workforce management capability across centres, building Service Leader capability in rostering and planning
• Develop and embed governance frameworks, reporting and policies across rostering, time & attendance and agency usage
• Drive workforce planning insights to proactively identify gaps, risks and optimisation opportunities
• Partner with Operations and People & Culture to improve contract utilisation, recruitment planning and performance outcomes
• Act as SME across workforce systems, supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency

• Proven experience in workforce management, planning and rostering governance (2+ years)
• Strong understanding of compliance, awards and operational workforce requirements
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
