Summary:

The Workforce Development Specialist drives Cook Children's mission by developing and sustaining career pathways that attract, grow, and retain a talented healthcare workforce. This role executes strategic workforce initiatives, strengthens relationships with internal and community partners, and guides employees and job seekers in pursuing healthcare careers and advancement opportunities.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or related workforce development role required

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint require

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
