Job Description
The Workday QA Testing Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and executing solutions that maximize the effectiveness of the Workday platform.
This position dvelops/implements Quality Assurance test plans and test scripts. This position coordinates QA Testing with stakeholders to collect test daya and user feedback. The candidate analyzes and communicates test results. This position is directly involved in system evaluation and analysis resulting in operational improvements within a supported vertical – Spend, Finance, Payroll, HCM, or Tech. The candidate should have functional understanding of operational and technical aspects within their area of expertise to independently and effectively, design, troubleshoot and resolve reported system issues. This role must effectively collaborate with customers, peers, technical, and operations staff to assist with solving business problems.
Additional Job Description
2-4 years' business operations experience working in an ERP with a preference for WorkDay experience. Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with preference for bachelor’s degree. If no bachelor’s degree may accept 7+ years related business experience. Must be willing to attain WorkDay precertification within 12 months. Excellent people skills including presentation, verbal, and written communications.
