Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management solutions
Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership
Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
3-5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Lawson or SAP Financials
3-5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing or supporting Workday or Oracle/PeopleSoft Grants Management
Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Post-Pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Certification or equivalent practical experience in Workday Grants Management
At least 2 full life cycle implementations with Workday Grants is a must.
Experience leading Workday Grants Management design and customer confirmation sessions
Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Grants Management and the related Customer Accounts functionality
Experience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting and Effort Certification
Experience designing complex post-award reports and/or development of said reports
Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives, including those that lead the sponsored research functions, on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
Practical experience with post-award grant management and/or the sponsored research industry a plus
The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $190,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $181,000 - $228,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
