Key Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Under the leadership of the P&C (HR) Systems Support Manager, the People Systems Support Analyst will provide support to P&C Systems Business Users for Regional, National and Support offices using our Global P&C Systems.
The Analyst will be a SME in different functional areas of the systems and able to provide advice or address the questions they receive through the established Support Model and case management system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
System Expertise
- Continually strive to deepen your knowledge and understanding of our Global P&C Systems and environments Maintain optimal functioning of the System through monitoring and performing administrative tasks
- You will be a subject matter expert on the use of Global P&C Systems as a tool for P&C to meet its priority to ‘Transform P&C to increase agility, collaboration, innovation and effectiveness.’ You will have a deep understanding of how Global P&C Systems could positively impact P&C interactions with other functions and within P&C itself.
P&C Business User SME Support
- Provide Level 2 SME support for all offices using Global P&C Systems received through the established channels of support. Troubleshoot, investigate, test and offer solutions to issues offices escalate about the systems usage and functionality. Continuously guide and promote learning and ownership of the system while supporting P&C Business Users.
- You will ensure that P&C Business Users questions are answered in an accurate and timely manner to perform their transitions in the system. / Ensure the highest level of support is offered to offices on issue resolution and understanding of the system
System Administration Activities
- Configuration and management of regular rhythm of the business (ROB) processes for specific functional areas of the Global P&C systems as needed. Creation and maintenance of advanced system reference data and organizations Perform level 2 data loads. Maintain and perform changes to system configuration for different functional areas of the Global P&C Systems as approved by P&C Systems Governance Team.
- You will ensure the highest level of system data, configuration and usability is available for P&C Business Users to do successful transaction management for their offices Ensure efficient processing for massive data loads that will benefit office’s data accuracy
Adhoc Requests
- Provide Level 2 account maintenance support and keep an open communication with GDT (IT) teams when needed Provide support to People System Administrator on any Business Process Administration Task where higher levels of knowledge are required. Provide support to P&C Centers of Excellence to ensure strategic alignment of processes with systems.
- You will ensure proper functioning of Global P&C Systems and business process flows for the offices.
Reporting and Audits
- Perform basic changes to Custom Reports when needed Provide ad hoc data reports for population with no access to P&C systems such as Finance, Global Audit, etc. Continuously look and create Systems Audit opportunities.
- You will promote constant data audit routines in the offices to guarantee data accuracy for data analytics and accurate decision taking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years or more in a similar role working in P&C Systems, area of expertise or in World Vision P&C.
- Demonstrated ability to think independently, analytically, problem solve, deliver solutions and results
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High curiosity and desire to learn, highly motivated
- Proficient computer skills with current technology, i.e. MS Office and other productivity tools, and can be a quick learner to larger enterprise systems
- Able to work in team, collaborate effectively and build relationships
- Proficient and demonstrated understanding of P&C (HR) and P&C business systems & processes and a solid understanding of the dynamics of how P&C functions within a global context
- Ability to prioritize workload and to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Experience with Workday a plus
- Good written and spoken English. Other languages are a bonus, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, or French
- Possibility of international travel up to 10% of the time.
