<title>About the role</title>

As a Workday expert, you will be part of the Finance Workday technical team and contribute to efficient usage of the Workday ERP platform by the Finance department, as well as by the rest of Bolt. Workday Integration Analyst designs, builds, maintains, and supports data flows between Workday and other systems (HR, Payroll, Finance) using tools like EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs (REST/SOAP), and XSLT, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance, while collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to meet requirements and resolve issues. 
This is a hands-on role where you will be co-owning a significant part of the Workday ERP platform, focusing on external integrations. Aside from your primary duties, you will also provide required support on Workday's technical elements, including custom reporting, data management, global tenant settings, and security.

  • <point>Being accountable for the performance, maintenance, and enhancement of inbound and outbound integrations to Workday systems.</point>
  • <point>Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for integrating the Workday ERP platform with external applications.</point>
  • <point>Participating in the design, build, and testing of Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to the studio, core connectors, and PECI files.</point>
  • <point>Engaging with 3rd party vendors as required.</point>
  • <point>Supporting mass change imports using Workday EIBs.</point>
  • <point>Preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation to support the design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.</point>
  • <point>Hele shaping and optimizing our systems landscape over the long term by contributing to our Roadmap.</point>
  • <point>Providing custom reporting solutions where HCM, Payroll, Logistics, and Finance teams need additional expertise.</point>
  • <point>Working with HCM, Payroll, and Finance to maintain data integrity in Workday, using attention to detail to identify and investigate data anomalies, proactively rectifying root causes, and continuously improving process and data reliability.</point>
  • <point>Along with HCM, Payroll, and Finance, owning and maintaining global tenant settings and security setup.</point>
  • <point>Providing ad-hoc system testing and Jira expertise.</point>
