Delivery Excellence Analyst
Role Overview
The Delivery Excellence Analyst supports the organization's delivery function by driving process efficiency, governance, and quality across projects, enhancements, and programs. This role focuses on tracking metrics, facilitating reviews, standardizing templates, and ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks, tenant management best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Governance
• Support weekly/monthly delivery governance reviews, including tenant utilization audits and project pipeline tracking.
• Track KPIs such as effort/schedule variance, quality metrics (e.g., defects per build), customer satisfaction, and compliance scores.
• Review efforts estimation for workday Implementation projects.
• Prepare dashboards, health reports, and executive summaries using tools like Power BI or ADO.
Process Improvement
• Collaborate with teams to identify gaps in delivery processes, tenant provisioning, and refresh planning.
• Assist in implementing frameworks, standard templates (e.g., Fit-Gap Analysis, Risk Registers, Timelines), and quality audits/retrospectives.
Documentation & Standardization
• Maintain centralized repositories for project docs, reusable templates, and Workday Implementation projects standard documents.
• Standardize reports with version control and support closure decks or communication materials.
• Ensure accurate capture of PMO/TPM data, including project start/end dates and resource alignment.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
• Partner with delivery leads, PMO, QE, tower heads, and vendors to monitor delivery quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and governance inputs for transparency.
• Coordinate tenant forums and alignment between projects, enhancements, and support needs.
Analytics & Insights
• Analyze trends in delivery data (e.g., cycle times, SLA adherence) to provide actionable insights.
• Support benchmarking and business cases for automation or transformations.
• Monitor operational efficiency metrics like resource utilization and vendor compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6-9 years in delivery analysis, project support, or process excellence roles.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SmartSheet, ADO.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMO) and delivery concepts like governance/quality KPIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and multitasking in dynamic environments.
• Preferred: Workday Delivery management experience, Lean/Six Sigma basics, & data visualization tools.
