POSITION PURPOSE
Performs a leadership advisory role assisting System Office, HM and TIS management teams and colleagues in identification, definition, analysis and support of assigned programs, projects and/or initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes relative to TIS and other programs and procedures, as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Advanced Compensation
Technically Lead and support Workday projects from end-to-end, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, documentation, testing and deployment.
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Partner with HR, Payroll, Recruiting and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
Workday integrations and EIB’s knowledge are a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Serve as the systems and process expert for implementations; lead projects around upgrades and configuration changes to align with business needs.

Consults with providers, clinicians, executives and management at all levels to provide support for decisions, workflows, new initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Researches best business practices within the organization to identify operational improvement opportunities for specific business units. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output
Provides specialized guidance as required for integration, architecture, system selection, strategy, electronic health and/or financial records, systems implementations and process transformation.
Researches and contributes to recommendations into timing of introduction of new functionality. Supports upgrade design process and decision-making.
Recommends innovative application solutions to product workflow, patient safety, productivity and financial problems.
Investigates issues identified by TIS and site personnel. Validates impact. Supports Trinity Health management to prioritize vendor, TIS and business process issues. Defines issues and recommends solutions.
Provides leadership direction for application integration decisions with impacts across applications and clinical / business units. Assists Product Teams in development of design and required documentation
Analyzes business processes and reengineers those processes to improve business and/or clinical needs
Other duties as needed and assigned by the manager.

pay grade 15 range 98,240.28-147,360.42 Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
