Why This Role Matters:

We are seeking a motivated and curious Workday Intern to join our team for a dynamic, hands-on IT-focused internship experience. Workday is a cloud-based enterprise software platform used to manage critical business functions such as human resources, finance, payroll, and reporting. In this role, you will gain practical, technical exposure to Workday systems, support system configuration and enhancements, and collaborate closely with IT, HR, and Finance teams to improve system performance, data integrity, and business processes. The internship will run from May 18 to August 7, 2026.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Support Workday configuration, testing, and basic troubleshooting activities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help streamline and enhance business processes using Workday solutions

  • Assist with documenting Workday processes, workflows, and system updates

  • Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives

  • Research Workday functionality and industry best practices to support system improvements

  • Provide user support and assist with training materials as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Undergraduate students completing their sophomore or junior year preferred, pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field

  • Available to work full-time hours during the summer internship period

  • Interest in or exposure to the insurance industry is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on producing high-quality work

  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
