What you will do
The Customer Work Cell Specialist will provide specialized technical support by working with our customers to change and update codes and related functions for specific Strategic Accounts. The position utilizes knowledge of the Mastermind System. The position requires high degree of technical ability to research and resolve issues based on our customer codes in their security system. Knowledge of submitting work orders, pull user, zone and test reports.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of the Work Cell. The Data Coordinator will also have additional responsibilities working in a cross functional environment supporting select Strategic Account and National Account customers within the Work Cell Team that include duties within HVAC and fire as we are a vertical market work cell.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25-$33 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
