This role is ideal for a WordPress expert who thrives on teaching, coaching, and building high-performing teams. You will support seasoned agents and guide new talent, helping to strengthen skills, consistency, and overall customer experience. Beyond coaching, you will serve as a strategic partner, culture-builder, and performance driver for WP Live.
Coaching & Development
Identify coaching opportunities through call evaluations, performance trends, and collaboration with WP Live Leadership.
Build and deliver targeted coaching plans that address root causes and drive measurable improvement.
Facilitate workshops, micro-trainings, live listening sessions, and ongoing development for agents at all levels.
Support new hires by reinforcing processes, best practices, and confidence-building guidance.
Leadership & Collaboration
Partner with WP Live Leadership and the Training team to strengthen readiness, skill development, and consistency across all support channels.
Serve as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between agents and leadership, fostering alignment and a customer-first culture.
Handle advanced and escalated customer contacts with expertise, professionalism, and ownership
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Recommend new tools, workflows, coaching methods, and process enhancements to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Translate frontline insights into actionable strategies that reduce friction and enhance the WP Live experience.
Champion both the voice of the customer and the voice of the agent to shape future improvements.
You are a leader who uplifts others. You bring the mindset of a coach, the heart of a mentor, and the focus of a results-driven professional. You demonstrate:
Must have 2–3 years of leadership or team management experience, including mentoring or guiding others. Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience with leadership responsibilities also qualifies.
Must have coaching experience, such as providing feedback or training small groups, with the ability to coach clearly and empathetically.
Must have 2–3 years of hands-on WordPress experience, including site management, working with themes and plugins, page builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg), and basic troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
Confidence in teaching customers and supporting team members.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust your schedule as needed.
Understanding of DNS, domains, SSL, and basic hosting concepts.
WooCommerce experience is a plus
