Description:

Trinity Health Of New England a is looking for a Women’s Health Concierge to join our Comprehensive Women’s Health Center.

The Women’s Health Concierge is an administrative support position who provides patient care coordination by serving as a liaison between the patient and the practitioners and services she may require. The Women’s Health Concierge plays a critical role in the patient experiences and acts as a patient advocate, provides patient and family education, and coordinates all aspects of care to assure the provision of seamless comprehensive services.

What will you do: 

  • Become an integral part of the organizations commitment to provide holistic patient centered care for women.
  • Optimizes patient services and collaborates with the team to create a patient centered environment.
  • Provide expertise in the operations and systems of the health center to promote and maintain health and wellbeing in women.
  • Monitors and manages the patient referrals.
  • Schedules appointments for procedures, surgeries and diagnostic testing
  • Answers phones for the Women’s Health Center

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to four (2-4) years in a healthcare related field preferred.
  • Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.
  • Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.
  • Must be able to take initiative and work well independently with minimal supervision.
