Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
Purpose of Job:
Deliver user support and proactive issue management of the Manhattan Active warehouse management system (WMS) and connected Exotec automation; identify, investigate, and solve issues with a focus on excellent communication, and drive continuous improvement of our logistics systems - all in a team of like-minded individuals with the opportunity to grow.
Experience:
This role would be well suited to someone who has worked in a warehouse environment where they have provided administrative support to a fast-paced and evolving operation, in particular as a WMS/ERP systems Key/Super User, or a Goods In, Inventory or Stock Controller where a thorough understanding of the system exists.
