  • Customer Support: Provide dedicated, on-site customer service and technical support for all cellular mobility devices and services.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Analyze mobile service usage data to identify trends, recommend actionable areas for cost-savings or capability increases, and maintain detailed historical records of device and service usage.

  • Data Preservation: Actively identify and preserve text messages and mobile data classified as official records, ensuring they are properly captured and ingested into the Command's Records Management Application.

Required Qualifications:

  • DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 IT certs like CompTIA Security + CE.

  • Required clearance: Current/active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

  • US Citizenship required due to the TS/SCI clearance requirement.

  • Must be able to work on site and 5-10% travel required.

Desired Skills:

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals, as well as author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for devices and applications.

  • Professional Traits: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, accompanied by a strong work ethic and the ability to perform at a high level while unsupervised.
