There will be two internship opportunities within Human Resources this summer.
Learning Management Systems Administrator Intern Job Responsibilities:
- LMS Configuration and Setup: Assist in configuring Docebo LMS, including setting up user roles, permissions, courses, and system preferences based on organizational needs.
- Content Management: Support the migration of existing content to the new platform by uploading, organizing, and structuring learning modules, assessments, and resources.
- User Onboarding and Support: Help onboard users to the new LMS by creating and distributing user guides, answering user queries, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Customization and Integration: Work with IT and other stakeholders to customize the LMS interface, implement necessary plugins, and integrate third-party tools as required.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input relevant user and course data into the LMS and assist in generating reports on system performance, learner engagement, and completion rates.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing the platform’s functionality to identify any bugs or technical issues before launch. Ensure all content is accessible and functions properly across devices.
- Training Delivery: Support the creation and delivery of training materials and sessions to familiarize employees with the features and navigation of Docebo LMS.
- System Documentation: Assist in documenting the system setup, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines for future reference and for new team members.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure user data and content align with company policies and applicable legal regulations, maintaining system security and integrity.
Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Events: Assist in event planning, coordination, and work events. Organize and manage logistics for events and activities. Assist in the planning of conferences, including speaker arrangements and materials.
- Marketing: Create and schedule social media posts to promote events and initiatives. Take high-quality photographs and film videos during events. Edit videos and photos for promotional and internal use.
- Organization: Keep organized lists and databases for project tracking and management, Help plan and coordinate volunteer events, including outreach efforts. Provide general support to the team as needed in various tasks and projects.
Details:
- The 2026 program will run Tuesday, May 19th – Friday, August 7th.
- 40 hours/week, Paid summer internship.
- Participate in intern program activities, events, and development opportunities with your cohort.
Compensation:
- The hourly rate for this role is $19.00/hour.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university, with preference for students entering their senior year.
- Concentrations in Human Resources Management, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Education, or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
- Experience with data management, user training, technical support, photography, or graphic design.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time-management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
