As the Regional WANT WW lead focused on working regionally and nationally across various markets you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a strategic resource across the business. You’ll be part of an APAC team that drives key pursuits, ensuring that our value proposition and capture planning during the pursuit phase are well defined. You will partner with the bid teams, consult and provide advice to shape and deliver winning submissions. You’ll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change. Your role will include:

• Collaborate closely with market and regional stakeholders:
  • In conjunction with the National Market Leads support the look forward of opportunities prioritised for Winning work support
  • Drive informed GO/NO GO decisions; and
  • Drive our key pursuits / bids relative to the service offerings
• You will serve as a crucial link within the team continuously building and deepening your knowledge of capabilities, market demands, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights that shape our service offering strategies.
• Lead or facilitate the bid process, providing guidance and direction to ensure a cohesive and compelling pitch that showcases our expertise and capabilities.
• Oversee and manage bids led by other winning work team members, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and alignment with our national work-winning strategy.
• Shape and refine technical content provided by subject matter experts (SMEs) into tangible and persuasive proposals for our clients

What are we looking for from you?

As a Lead Winning Work Consultant, you will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be confident to interact at all levels across the business. You can drive bid teams to develop winning solutions and you can plan, multi-task and prioritise competing priorities to deliver to time sensitive deadlines. 

You will also bring strong pursuit and bid related experience including strategy, messaging, proposal writing and bid management. You will be confident in persuasive writing, editing technical content, proofreading and will have very strong attention to detail.   As a Senior resource in the team, it is important that you showcase a ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to learn and passion to coach and guide the junior members of the team. 

The ideal candidate will have proven years of direct bid related experience. They will also possess the following: 

• A relevant qualification in communications/marketing, or business-related fields.
• Significant industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or advisory roles
• Capacity to manage conflicting priorities supported by strong organisational and time management skills enabling you to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proven ability to work as part of a diverse team (in a networked environment)
• Aptitude to shape the outcome, take ownership of their work and ability to think critically.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all areas of the business.
• Strong project & document management skills. 
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint). 
• APMP Foundation (or higher) or Shipley certification will be highly regarded
