The Role
As a Windows Systems Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for administering, supporting, and maintaining Windows Server environments that underpin critical client operations. In this role, you will manage enterprise Windows infrastructure, ensure system stability and security, and provide reliable operational support within defined service levels.
You will work in production environments supporting business-critical systems, performing system administration, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes aligned with ITIL best practices. Your contribution will help ensure high availability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022), ensuring stability, security, and availability.
Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
Provide support for critical production environments, meeting SLAs and operational requirements.
Perform system maintenance activities such as patching, updates, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
Support system automation, documentation, and change execution following ITIL best practices.

Required Skills and Experience
1+ years of experience administering and supporting Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience supporting production environments under defined SLAs.
Knowledge of patch management, system updates, event analysis, and troubleshooting.
Basic experience with PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, documentation, and change management practices.
Intermediate English proficiency for technical communication and documentation.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with virtualized and cloud environments such as VMware and Microsoft Azure.
Exposure to Windows services such as IIS, file services, and print services.
Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to operational detail.
