Department Overview

DIMETRA Engineering department delivers the Mission Critical Communication System starting from the definition of system requirements via implementation and customer support. TOGETHER WE CREATE AND OWN THE BEST TETRA SYSTEM AND SHAPE ITS FUTURE. We are looking for professionals who will join our Windows Platform Team.


Job Description

Windows Platform team provides all versions of Windows Servers and Client OS, virtualized security products (RSA, AntiVirus) and Active Directory service for DIMETRA System.
As a team member, you will participate in the whole software development cycle to develop and maintain various solutions for Windows platforms e.g. automated installation and configuration of the system, system security updates, integrating AntiVirus software in DIMETRA System, etc. We are working in an agile environment in a self-organizing team in hybrid working model. We offer our DIMETRA technology for various verticals, mostly within governmental but also commercial spaces (for example you will develop systems used by different emergency services across Europe). Recently, we are developing and integrating a DIMETRA solution for one of the Armed Forces in Europe.

Basic Requirements

The main Tech Stack:

Windows Server and Client OS, PowerShell and other scripting languages, Active Directory, KVM virtualization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server and Client architectures, with a proven track record of managing and troubleshooting complex enterprise environments,

  • Deep technical command of Active Directory and Windows security hardening, including the design and implementation of robust identity management frameworks,

  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in PowerShell engineering by developing complex scripts and reusable modules to automate enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure and workflows,

  • Excellent command of English, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to stakeholders and produce high-quality architectural documentation.

Would be a plus:

  • Expertise in networking protocols and services to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network architectures,

  • Maintain proficiency in Linux administration and KVM virtualization to effectively manage and integrate cross-platform workloads within a hybrid infrastructure.
