Your responsibilities will also include:
Acting as the final escalation point for complex system issues, including performance, network, and authentication-related challenges.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server security baselines and patching programs to ensure system integrity.
Creating, managing, and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for user and device configurations.
Administering services such as DNS, File and Print, RDS, Windows Failover Clustering, and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).
Developing automation tools and scripts using PowerShell to improve efficiency across system operations and configuration management.
Participating in the global on-call support rotation and responding to escalated incidents when needed.
