Join our global IT operations team as a Student IT Operations & Development Specialist, where you'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems used by organizations worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to start with operational tasks and progress to development projects based on your capabilities and interests.
What You'll Do:
- Resolve IT incidents and service requests through ticket management systems
- Learn and work with Microsoft-based enterprise tools including System Center, PowerShell scripting, and virtualization technologies
- Develop internal automation tools and reporting solutions as you advance
- Collaborate with global teams across Europe and the United States
- Participate in CI/CD processes and cloud integration projects
- Manage and maintain thousands of servers in a global infrastructure
- Progress from operational support to development projects based on performance and interest
Qualifications:
• Student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, with at least two years (minimum four full semesters) remaining until graduation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for global collaboration
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
• Willingness to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week from our Haifa campus
• Flexibility for occasional evening meetings due to global team coordination
- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center or similar enterprise management tools
- Understanding of SQL databases
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Exposure to CI/CD processes
- Python programming experience
- Basic familiarity with PowerShell scripting
