About your team

Wholesale Sales is a core department in Japan distribution division. The team is responsible for establishing and growing profitable business with Japanese distribution partners such as banks, brokers, trust banks, online brokers, and domestic asset managers. The Client Strategist (CST) team supports Wholesale Sales by driving data‑driven decision‑making, ensuring strong governance, and enabling efficient and effective sales operations in partnership with internal stakeholders.

About your role
This role will play a key role in strengthening the operational foundation of the Wholesale Sales division. You will oversee the core governance, risk management and data quality processes that support the efficient and strategic running of the sales organization while driving operational efficiencies.

●Sales Planning & Management

Support sales heads in the Wholesale Sales division to build and deliver their sales plans and engage with internal stakeholders to drive sales initiatives.

●Internal Control Management

As part of the internal control function, oversee the sales division to ensure strict adherence to compliance.

●Sales Data Governance

Analyze sales data and help Wholesale division achieve its KPIs.

●Materials management

Maintain quality standards for sales materials, and support sales members to access appropriate materials.

●Improve Sales Efficiency

Lead technology & AI adoption in sales processes and improve sales efficiency.

●Support Macro Strategist

Support Macro Strategist to provide high‑value market insights to .

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in core functions within financial services, such as sales planning, risk management, or internal control.
  • Experience in reviewing sales materials, operational processes, or compliance‑related documentation.
  • Ability to support document and data accuracy management, quality checks, and KPI reporting..
  • Experience and communication skills in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leading projects.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English to communicate with stakeholders in global offices.
