Wholesale Operations Specialist

Support the Wholesale Sales channel by managing key operational systems, maintaining partner communications, and supporting order management, product launches, and sales initiatives. This role works closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate customer data, effective sales tools, and a seamless experience for wholesale partners.

  • Serve as the primary voice of the brand to wholesale partners through written communication, including email campaigns and updates via Mailchimp.
  • Manage and merchandise the B2B website, ensuring the product catalog, marketing assets, training materials, and brand resources are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and update customer records within the ERP system and store locator, including managing leads, new account setup, account updates, and account closures in collaboration with the field sales team and agency partners.
  • Support the wholesale channel with daily operational needs, including order management, pricing updates, and new item setup.
  • Partner with the Wholesale Sales Operations Manager to develop and maintain sales tools related to early order periods, product knowledge, launches, new sales initiatives, product training and promotional programs.
  • Support the management, organization and distribution of product samples to ensure the sales team has timely access to materials for retailer presentations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and implement operational efficiencies to support the sales team.
  • Periodically test software systems and internal procedures to ensure functionality and support new process improvements.
  • Attend trade shows, special events, and specialty retailer visits as needed to support brand presence and sales initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years business management experience preferably in a sales or marketing environment
  • Project Management preferred
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics (D365), MarketTime, MailChimp, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar platforms) preferred.

Base Pay Range:

$50,500.00 - $75,700.00

Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location, skills, experience, and relevant education. The posted salary reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses, equity, or other incentives, if applicable.
