The Wholesale Operation Manager is responsible for cooperating with a leader of wholesale business department on effectively managing wholesale business including sell-in, sell-out and inventory at retailers’ stores, set up standard procedure which can accurately and strongly supporting management team to make a holistic business decision on long range sales plan, inventory liquidation plan and distribution expansion plan, and leading local seasonal trade shows for local retailers in China market.

40% Sales Planning & Tracking
1. Support sales function to complete overall business plan and achieve company budget plan, track sales status and call out business risk meanwhile provide effective sales analysis for business decision;
2. Based on historical data and company strategy, work together with sales team to make overall annual sell-in and sell-out plan;
3. Work with line manager to prepare LRP and annual budget under guidance of company's overall strategy and long range vision;
4. Participate, coordinate and conduct in-season shipment phasing, to make sure quarterly phasing is rational and under control;
5. Pay close attention to in-season sell-thru, especially for GTM style, cooperate with sales team to find market feedback and take relevant actions or incentives;
40% Sales Analysis and Business Proposal
1. Strong business analysis which support partner retail and wholesale business in terms of sell-in, sell-through and inventory management through output quantitative reports
2. Own the analysis of all kinds of sales data, sell in/sellout/sell thru/stock, etc and output regular report to management team by weekly and monthly (BIZO) ;
3. Monthly follow up the updates of the store status and new opening tracing report to ensure all the departments get a centralized and up-to-date store information list;
4. Prepare and provide analysis and business proposals to line manager by monthly/quarterly;
5. Diagnose sales performance from various angels and provide related insights;
20% Lead GTM Process /Trade Show/Budget Control
1. Forecast vs LRPU update at a fixed time every year aligned with sales team
2. Trade Show leader, coordinate different departments to promise one successful trade show
3. Budget control, analysis and result guarantee of the contribution of receivable orders under trade show with sales team
4. Order review, analysis of the rationality and risk of seasonal contributions
5. Promise Tableau system running smoothly
