As a Whiteware Apprentice, you’ll receive comprehensive training across all aspects of appliance repair and servicing. You’ll learn on the job, supported by experienced technicians, while building the skills needed for a long-term career in the service industry. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Undertake structured training across our full range of products, combining theory-based learning with hands-on experience 

• Support the workshop team while developing the skills to carry out basic appliance repairs 

• Learn the fundamentals of appliance servicing and diagnostics 

• Complete service-related paperwork, forms, and documentation accurately 

• Build and maintain strong product knowledge through training sessions, service manuals, and other learning resources 

• Follow all health and safety requirements and take responsibility for your own safety at work 

What we’re looking for:

• Good time management and organisational skills 

• A genuine commitment to learning and developing new skills 

• Clear and effective communication skills 

• Strong problem-solving ability and a practical mindset
