The Engineering Department at Micron focuses on exploring new horizons in technology and innovation. By joining our team, you will be part of an exceptionally capable group that strives to produce flawless outcomes in every project.

As a FAB Engineer, you will be an important member of our driven engineering team located in Taiwan. This is an outstanding chance to impact world-class semiconductor production and join a company that consistently leads the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
• Upgrade process capability to reduce production costs.
• Develop and implement process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.
• Assess, advocate for, and coordinate the incorporation of new equipment and materials.
• Conduct abnormal analysis and drive improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to determine and successfully implement process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with process management and project leadership.
• Knowledge of the most recent semiconductor tools and substances.
• Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques.
• Track record of reducing production costs and improving efficiencies.
