Du gestaltest und erstellst ansprechende Kommunikationsmaterialien, vor allem Präsentationen in PowerPoint.
Dabei übernimmst du die Recherche und sorgst für die strukturierte Aufbereitung von Informationen zu fachlichen Themen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Dokumentation: von der Erstellung über die Pflege bis zur Aktualisierung.
Du hilfst bei der Betreuung und Moderation unserer Kommunikationskanäle (z. B. Social Intranet, MS Teams).
Im Umfeld Application Security bist du für die aktive Mitgestaltung und Betreuung einer fachlichen Community zuständig, indem du relevante Themen identifizierst, Fragestellungen aufgreifst und beantwortest.
Mit deiner Unterstützung wird die Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung von MS-Teams-Kanälen, beispielsweise durch den Einsatz von Copilot, vorangetrieben.
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um sicherheitsrelevante Inhalte zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren.
Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data, Security, Projektmanagement, Kommunikation (z. B. IMUK) oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS PowerPoint und gute Kenntnisse in weiteren MS-Tools (z.B. Excel, MS Teams; idealerweise Jira/Confluence).
Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise. Zudem arbeitest du strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig.
Dein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und dein Interesse an der Einarbeitung in fachliche Themen sind uns wichtig.
Im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten und Security-Themen beweist du stets ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
Du zeichnest dich durch die Fähigkeit aus, Aufgaben nach Einweisung eigenständig umzusetzen und To-dos sauber nachzuhalten, und bringst zudem Kreativität sowie Freude daran mit, eigene Ideen einzubringen.
Idealerweise bringst du Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Cybersecurity mit, vorzugsweise mit Bezug zu Application Security.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
