Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Finance & Controlling unterstützen Sie unser Finance Team in einem internationalen High Tech Umfeld und arbeiten eng mit Finance, Operations, Marketing und R&D zusammen. Die Rolle bietet Ihnen einen tiefen Einblick in moderne Finanzprozesse, Controlling Methoden und Reporting in einem global agierenden Unternehmen, das in einem dynamischen, KI getriebenen Markt wächst. Die Position berichtet direkt an den EU Laser Controller.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Unterstützung im Monatsabschluss, z. B. bei Abgrenzungen, Kostenallokationen und Abweichungsanalysen
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung monatlicher Management Reports und Performance Analysen
• Unterstützung im Forecasting und Budgetprozess (Datensammlung, Konsolidierung, Szenarioanalysen)
• Erstellung von Umsatz , Kosten  und Margenanalysen zur Transparenzsteigerung über Produktlinien hinweg
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards, KPIs und Reporting Vorlagen
• Durchführung von Ad hoc Analysen und Unterstützung bei Business Case Berechnungen
• Keine Reisetätigkeit

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse

• Sie befinden sich im fortgeschrittenen Bachelorstudium oder Masterstudium im Bereich Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute bis sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse 
• Gutes Verständnis von Rechnungslegungs-  und Finanzgrundlagen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fließendes Englisch
• Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Freude an Zahlen und Prozessen
• Erste Erfahrung mit SAP oder anderen ERP Systemen von Vorteil

Rahmenbedingungen

• Einsatzumfang: ca. 15–18 Stunden pro Woche
• Arbeitsort: überwiegend vor Ort, nach Absprache teilweise remote möglich
• Ihren Einsatz vergüten wir mit 16-19 Euro/Stunde
