In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie unser Advanced-Electroplating-Team in einem wichtigen Entwicklungsprojekt zur elektrolytischen Leiterplattenmetallisierung für Anwendungen in der Mikroelektronik. Über einen Zeitraum von 24 Monaten wirken Sie aktiv bei der Planung und Durchführung von Experimenten sowie der Auswertung der Ergebnisse mit – bei Bedarf auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen. Zudem unterstützen Sie uns bei der Pflege und Wartung unserer Laborausstattung und Chemikalien.
