Als Werkstudent (d/m/w/x) unterstützt du uns bei der Prüfung und Ablage von Dokumenten der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge.
Du betreust unsere elektronischen Personalakten.
Bei der Bearbeitung zusätzliche administrative Aufgaben wirkst du aktiv mit.
Du übernimmst vielfältige Aufgaben zur Entlastung der HR Business Partner im operativen Tagesgeschäft, darunter die Erstellung von Dokumenten, Analysen und Präsentationen.
Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personalmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal und bis mindestens 2027 immatrikuliert.
Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Praxiserfahrung in administrativen Tätigkeiten sammeln, vorzugsweise im Personalbereich.
Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) sowie das Arbeiten mit IT-Systemen sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Du bist aufgeschlossen, zuverlässig und verfügst über eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
Deine proaktive, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
Du arbeitest regelmäßig mit deinem Team vor Ort in Böblingen zusammen.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
