Position Responsibilities

• Provide PDI employees with fitness center services including exercise programs, athletic events, group classes, wellness coaching, fitness assessments, wellness education, and personal training.
• Assist with monitoring the front desk and fitness center check-ins.
• Conduct new member orientations to ensure proper equipment use and safety.
• Maintain floor supervision, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist with wellness promotions and events such as coordinating sports leagues and health challenges.
• Serve as an ambassador for PDI’s work/life balance and wellness initiatives.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field required.
• Certification in personal training, wellness coaching, health education, and/or group exercise preferred.
• Preferred certifications include ACSM-CEP, CSCC, ACE, NASM, Wellcoaches, or CHES.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in corporate wellness is a plus.
