Your Job: In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Wellness Coach/Program Coordinator provides ongoing wellness coaching to the Methodist Health System employee population at all four hospitals and offsite facilities on different shifts. Coaching will primarily focus on lifestyle management and behavior change, risk factor reduction, and chronic disease prevention. Your Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in health promotion, exercise science, nursing, or other health-related field required. • Industry certification in health coaching, health education, health promotion, or lifestyle management.
