Hybrid: 3-4 days a week in on site | Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

As a Wellbeing Benefits Advisor, you’ll play a key part in helping Bupa colleagues across care homes, dental practices, clinics and remote teams make the most of their wellbeing benefits.

You’ll be the warm, friendly face of our wellbeing offering bringing it to life through engaging conversations, onsite visits, interactive demonstrations, and personalised support. With a compassionate, proactive approach, you’ll empower colleagues to access the benefits that truly matter to them, enhancing their health, wellbeing and energy.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the field, connecting with people, and creating positive impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Building expert knowledge of all colleague wellbeing benefits and guiding individuals through how to use them.
  • Planning and delivering engaging site visits across your region.
  • Partnering with managers and leaders to ensure colleagues feel informed, supported and empowered.
  • Using data insights to identify teams or locations needing targeted wellbeing support.
  • Running interactive sessions such as:
  • Responding to colleague queries with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
  • Continuously improving colleague experience, spotting opportunities, and championing engagement.
  • Staying up to date with changes or additions to our wellbeing benefits.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer-facing experience with confidence engaging in person, by phone and email.
  • Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Someone comfortable presenting to groups and working in high-pressure settings.
  • Ability to listen, empathise, and have sensitive conversations.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated approach.
  • Confidence using multiple IT systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Basic understanding of wellbeing topics
