Welder – Night Shift

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform safe and precise welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to support plant operations.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and structural components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to complete projects and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated welding proficiency using MIG, TIG, stick, and/or oxy-fuel techniques.
  • Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in fabrication and repair.
  • Skill in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
  • Commitment to safe work practices in all tasks.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
