The Welders role will utilize a team approach to achieve plant objectives, exceed customer expectations, and meet production demands.

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime if necessary
• Maintain a high level of safety by resolving hazards immediately
• Produce an outstanding product by maintaining quality that exceeds customer’s expectations
• Follow D.A.P.I.A. instructions for building product
• Ability to create a positive work environment through effective communication
• Maintain a high level of organization and housekeeping
• Follow ISO 14001 standards for the department

Skills and Knowledge:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to build by blueprints
• Achieve daily production schedule
• High level of safety knowledge in a welding department
• MIG and stick welding knowledge required (steel only)

Experience Desired:

• Welding in a high production environment

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mathematical and measuring skills
