Weekend RN - Visits

 

 

BAYADA Home Health Care is searching for a Weekend RN, Registered Nurse to perform home health visits with our North Boston Senior Living team. 

 

This office delivers exceptional care to patients living in senior living communities (assisted living / independent living) throughout the North Shore and Merrimac Valley area. 

 

Schedule: a combination of weekend days that include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

 

 

Please note: As this is mostly a Home Health SOC / Admission RN position, prior or current experience in Medicare-certified Home Health and OASIS documentation is required.

 

 

 

 

 

RN, Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits Qualifications:

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health / OASIS documentation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs 
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• This position may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
  

Additional Information:

• Pay: $58-63 per productivity point, based on experience and negotiable
• Mileage reimbursement
