We are seeking a Website & Multimedia Content Developer to support U.S. Navy training initiatives for the AN/SQQ-89 A(V)15 system under Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building engaging websites and producing high-quality video and digital content in support of technical training.

Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain training-focused websites and digital content to support Navy sonar training programs.
Produce and edit micro-learning videos, including graphics, audio, and motion elements, for multiple Acoustic Capability Build (ACB) variants.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate technical content into clear, engaging web and video learning experiences.
Support content publishing and updates within learning platforms (e.g., Moodle or similar systems).
Assist with reviewing storyboards, preparing media assets, and packaging/testing final deliverables.
Perform light site and content administration tasks (e.g., posting updates, organizing content), not enterprise IT administration.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
High School diploma with 1–3 years of relevant experience in website development, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
Photoshop and Illustrator
Premiere Pro and After Effects
Audition and Media Encoder
Experience developing or maintaining websites (HTML/CSS familiarity required; content-focused rather than backend engineering).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.
Must hold, or be able to obtain, a DoD Secret security clearance.
Ability to travel up to 10%, if required.
Preferred Experience
Experience creating content for training or learning environments (e-learning, micro-learning, or instructional media).
Working knowledge of SharePoint for content publishing, site configuration, page editing, or document management is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or other web scripting languages.
Experience working with Moodle or other learning management systems.
Prior exposure to U.S. Navy programs or sonar systems is a plus, but not required.
