The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms, a working knowledge of SEO best practices, and a data-informed approach to improving site quality and user experience. This position is based in our Mexico City office and reports to the Manager of Digital Experience, also located in Mexico City.

Experience & Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience managing commercial enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore strongly preferred; Adobe Experience Manager considered).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript and an understanding of database design concepts.
• Proven track record of managing web operations in a B2B environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills & Competencies
• Web Standards: Deep understanding of web services, information architecture, browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Technical SEO: Working knowledge of technical SEO principles, including site structure, metadata, page speed, and indexation.
• Analytics: Proficiency with GA4 and related tools; ability to interpret data and communicate performance clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working within Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative project delivery.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and agency partners.
• Problem Solving: Methodical, detail-oriented approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
